Top TV Academy is a leading provider of training and media networking for the TV industry. We are totally industry based and have unique contacts with all the major production companies and broadcasters.

Established in 2004 Top TV Academy has grown from a realisation that there are very few opportunities to develop key skills in today's competitive market. Top TV has built its reputation and success on providing bespoke training courses across all genres for freelancers, Production Companies and Broadcasters. We provide individual training and company training. Our current projects include a 12 month Diversity Researcher Training Programme for Channel 4, a 12 month New Entrants Researcher Programme part funded by Skillset and Independent Production Companies, a bespoke 360 Digital Media Course part-funded by Skillset and an exclusively designed Producer/Director Training Programme for Endemol.

Each member of our Training Team is an accredited Trainer in his or her particular field but more importantly, each Trainer has been carefully selected for their industry experience.

Top TV prides itself on working with existing TV professionals at all levels and helping juniors/graduates gain entry into the industry; through our range of focused training courses aimed at researchers, directors, producers and presenters to help develop skills and career prospects.
